Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment/delivery of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase. However, IM will make no refunds nor exchanges on any custom order except mentioned above, Most orders placed with IM are Custom Orders and can therefore not be refunded or exchanged.
