- SPECIAL NOTE: (A) Our policy on orders placed by any means with CT Team Store/CT Sportswear: Once an order is placed, then for whatever reason you do not ultimately join or stay on the team whose Spirit wear you just purchased there are no refunds or returns. (B) No Cancellations / Refunds once orders are placed. (C) All Items are "Custom Made" and require a minimum number of each piece to be purchased in order to meet that minimum. In the event that a minimum is not met orders will be cancelled and refunded in full. This happens on a Rare occasion and is typically when an item is just not popular or if an item is put up for sale as a "Second Round" in order to fill requests that came in after the initial order period.
- DELIVERY: Please enter the STUDENTS Full Name under the “Deliver To” question. This helps us in packaging and delivering to the correct person at school. All orders will be packaged and delivered to the student at school. This is the “Free Shipping”. We do not ship to home addresses, the ship to address is necessary for the calculation of State Sales Tax. Orders can be picked up from our showroom with prior arraignments made by phone only.
- SIZE POLICY: CT Team Store, will not be responsible for sizing issues, and will make no refunds nor exchanges for improper fit. CT Team Store will make no recommendations on sizes due to the variable fit preferred by each individual’s personnel preference. Sample sizes may be available in our showroom
- FIT: All Items will be a "Unisex" fit unless otherwise noted.
- ITEM COLORS / DECORATION: All Product images are a representation and are not intended to illustrate exact colors nor decoration, please do not rely on these images to make your purchasing decision. Decoration: All Items and Decoration is determined by the Team, From time to time the requested Decoration can change from what is illustrated on the web site therefore all purchases must be made in agreement / understanding of this possibility. No Refunds or Exchanges are offered as the result of a design change.
- OPTIONAL FEATURES: Many items will have “Optional” decoration features such as Names and/or Numbers. Sometimes these “Optional” features will have additional charges. You must enter the "OPTIONAL" information with your order or NONE will be assumed, and your garment will be delivered without your Name and/or Number and/or any other decoration that may be “Optional”. Last Name is most common, Nick Name or Full Name (some space restrictions on long names) Most Name Oprions are dictated by the team so they may only allow Last Name or some other variation. CT Sportswear reserves the right to adjust to Last Name only when space dictates that restriction.
- OPTIONAL NOTE If an option offers Name and Number but numbers have or will not be issued by the order cutoff date the team will be instructed to enter “0” if they want a number. Any order we receive with the Name ONLY they will receive just their name. If items are ordered with their Name and “0” they will receive their Name and assigned number.
If they intended to get their number but did not order by entering “0” we MUST be contact by phone only, ASAP to get that corrected. - CANCELATIONS: No Cancellations once orders are placed. - INVENTORY: Under Armour and other Name Brand inventory is beyond our control and are occasionally out-of-stock, in the event the item is not available please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and/or the team may elect to replace the item with one of equal or greater value.
- STOCK: Please understand all orders are custom made, none of the items listed here are "In Stock", all orders are collected until the cutoff date, after the cutoff date the goods are ordered and the manufacturing process begins. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks after the cutoff date for the goods to be delivered. Orders will be delivered to the players at practice or however the team has arranged.
- ORDERING CUT OFF: Teams on occasion will ask to extend the Ordering Cut Off Date to allow for more players to order, CT Sportswear has no control over this event, if this should occur the expected delivery date will be extended, this can be frustrating for those that ordered during the first few days of availability as the overall duration between ordering and the receipt of you order will be much longer. Any assistance you can be to insure everyone is informed on the ordering process and deadlines is greatly appreciated by all.
- ORDERS FOR PICK UP IN THE SHOWROOM: Any Order not picked up after 15 days will be donated to charity.
